Terms of Service

By booking a session, purchasing photo packages, or downloading images from Bails Shoots, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your session or event coverage.

  • Payments are accepted via approved platforms (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, or invoiced methods).

  • Your session time is not guaranteed until payment is received.

2. Image Delivery

  • Digital galleries are typically delivered within 7–14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • You will receive a link to your gallery via email or other communication channels.

  • Galleries may be available for a limited time. It is your responsibility to download your images before the expiration date.

3. Usage Rights

  • Clients receive personal-use rights to download, print, and share the images.

  • Bails Shoots retains copyright and ownership of all images.

  • Images may not be used for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, resale, brand sponsorship) without prior written consent and a licensing agreement.

4. Honor System (for Digital Packages)

  • Unlimited download options are offered in good faith. If you purchase an unlimited gallery download, please download only the images that include you or your direct team.

  • This helps support and protect the time and work invested into event coverage.

5. Model Release

  • By participating in a photo session or public event, you grant Bails Shoots permission to use your images for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Refunds & Rescheduling

  • All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for digital downloads, missed sessions, or changes in personal preference.

  • Rescheduling due to weather, illness, or emergencies is allowed with reasonable notice.

7. Image Selection & Editing

  • Clients may be invited to select favorite images for final retouching.

  • Bails Shoots maintains artistic discretion on editing style and delivery, and does not provide raw or unedited files.

8. Liability

  • While all reasonable care will be taken, Bails Shoots is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (e.g., equipment failure, natural disasters, or client tardiness).

  • In the rare event of total failure or cancellation, liability is limited to the return of payments made.
